How to Access Your Downloads

Step 1 — Complete your purchase

After a successful checkout you'll receive an order confirmation email. It contains a unique download link for every item in your order. Keep this email — it's your permanent record.

Step 2 — Click the download link

Click the link in the email or go to My Account → My Orders and select your order. Each product in the order will have its own download button.

Step 3 — Open your file

Depending on the product type, here's what happens next:

  • Canva templates — a link opens Canva in your browser. Click Use template to copy it to your workspace.
  • PDF planners, journals & ebooks — a PDF file downloads to your device. Open it with any PDF reader (free Adobe Acrobat Reader, Mac Preview, or your browser).
  • Google Sheets trackers — a link opens the sheet. Go to File → Make a copy to save your own editable version.
  • Excel / ZIP files — the file downloads directly. Unzip if needed, then open with the appropriate application.

Re-downloading Your Purchases

Your purchases are saved to your account permanently. You can re-download them any time from My Orders. There is no limit on how many times you can re-download a product you've purchased.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll need to use the original download link from your confirmation email. We recommend creating an account before purchasing so you always have access to your files.

Recommended Apps

  • PDFs — Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android, free), Apple Preview (Mac), or any modern browser.
  • Canva templates — Canva (browser or free mobile app at canva.com).
  • Spreadsheets — Google Sheets (free, browser), Microsoft Excel, or Apple Numbers.
  • Printing — Any printer set to A4 or US Letter, 100% scale, no page scaling.

Troubleshooting

My download link isn't working

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
  2. Try opening the link in a different browser — Chrome or Firefox are most reliable.
  3. Disable any browser extensions that may block downloads.
  4. If the issue persists, email support@digitaldynamicz.com with your order number and we'll send a fresh link within 24 hours.

My PDF won't print correctly

Make sure your print settings are set to Actual size (100%) with no margins or fit to page. Scaling down can cut off content at the edges. If your printer dialog has a "Scale to fit" option, disable it.

I can't edit the Canva template

You must click Use template (not just view it) to create your own editable copy. If you're viewing someone else's shared link, you won't be able to edit it directly — make sure you're using the link from your order confirmation.
