What formats do your products come in?

Our products are delivered in widely compatible formats depending on the product type:

• Canva templates — accessed via a Canva link in your browser (no software install needed).
• Printable planners & journals — PDF files, ready to print on standard A4 or US Letter paper.
• Spreadsheets & trackers — Google Sheets links or Excel (.xlsx) files.
• Ebooks & guides — PDF files viewable on any device.

Can I use the products on multiple devices?

Yes. Once purchased, you can download and use your files on as many of your own personal devices as you need. Your purchase is tied to your account, so you can always re-download from your order history.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Are prices in USD?

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your region. USD is the default for US customers, and EUR for European customers. The currency selector in the header lets you switch regions.

Will I be charged any recurring fees?

No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. You own the product forever with no subscriptions or hidden fees.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use the products for commercial purposes?

Most of our products include a personal use license. If a product includes a commercial license, it will be stated on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product — even with a commercial license — without our prior written permission.

Can I share my purchase with friends or clients?

Purchases are licensed to the individual buyer only. Sharing downloaded files with others is not permitted. If you'd like to share a product, please direct friends to purchase their own copy.

Can I edit the templates?

Absolutely — that's the point! Canva templates and editable files are designed for you to personalize with your own text, colors, and branding. The only restriction is on redistributing the edited files as your own product.
