Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Please read the full policy below before completing your purchase.

1. No-Refund Policy on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods — which can be copied and retained once downloaded — we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed or a file has been delivered. This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital product sellers worldwide.

By completing a purchase on Digital Dynamicz, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the product description and understand what you are buying before checkout.

2. Exceptions We Do Honour

We will consider a refund or store credit in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice. Contact us within 7 days with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • File delivery failure — you did not receive your download link and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Significantly not as described — the product delivered is materially different from what was shown on the product listing. Screenshots or a clear description of the discrepancy are required.
  • Technical defect — the file is corrupted or completely unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, please email support@digitaldynamicz.com within 7 days of your purchase date with:

  1. Your order number (found in your confirmation email or My Orders).
  2. The name of the product(s) you are requesting a refund for.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback dispute with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide your bank with evidence of product delivery and our refund policy, which may result in the chargeback being denied. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out to us first.

5. Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error on a product (e.g., a product listed at $0.00 due to a system error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
