Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Sign In in the top-right corner of any page, then select Create account. Enter your name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to activate your account.
You can also check out as a guest without creating an account, but registering gives you access to your order history and lets you re-download purchases any time.
How do I find my purchases?
Log in and go to My Account → My Orders. Every completed order is listed there with a download link for each item.
Downloading Your Files
Where do I download my product after purchase?
After a successful payment you'll receive a confirmation email containing your download link(s). You can also access downloads any time from My Orders in your account dashboard.
The download link isn't working — what do I do?
- Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Make sure you're logged in to the account you used at checkout.
- Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best).
- If the link has expired, contact us at support@digitaldynamicz.com with your order number and we'll send a fresh link.
How do I open a Canva template?
- Click the Canva link from your order confirmation or order history.
- You'll be taken to Canva's website. If you don't have a free Canva account, create one — it's free.
- Click Use template to copy it to your own Canva workspace.
- Edit, download, or share as you wish.
How do I open a PDF planner or journal?
PDF files open in any PDF viewer — Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on Mac, or directly in your browser. To print, open the file and select File → Print. We recommend printing on A4 or US Letter paper at 100% scale with no margins.
Account & Password
I forgot my password
Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I update my email address or password?
Log in and visit My Account. From there you can update your profile details and change your password.
